“START2DEV” is an initiative of OneNet Servers in conjunction with STELCom. It is aimed at mentoring on technical, business, innovative, sales, and marketing challenges to give developers and startups a flying start.

Last year, under the START2DEV initiative, was the Breakfast Chat”. A monthly meet-up aimed at discussing and proffering solutions to the technological, financial, and business challenges faced by developers and startups in the tech space thereby, building a community of individuals that shares knowledge and experiences.

This year, we intend to organize a different tech-driven initiative tagged e-nnovate Now.  We intend for this to be a monthly virtual and physical meet-up for business owners, developers, CEOs, and tech enthusiasts.

To kick-off this year’s events,  we will be discussing Female in Tech: Career Switch & Skill Advancement.

Female in Tech: Career Switch & Skill Advancement - OneNet Servers

Our goal for this event is to discuss and introduce females who are passionate about tech to the various platforms to learn/advance their skills to meet up with the growing demand for females in the tech industry with a focal area for Nigeria.

Our speaker for this program is Joy Uche.
Joy Uche is a program associate at Tech4Dev, a non-profit social enterprise using technology to advance sustainable human capital across Africa. A recent partnership with Microsoft has further empowered Tech4Dev to help 25 million women across Africa to digitally skill up, advance, and disrupt the tech industry in Africa.
