How do I Upgrade/Downgrade an Account?

 

  • Login to WHM
  • click on "upgrade/downgrade"under account function
  • select the account
  • click on modify/select the package
  • click on "select package"


Can I Modify/Upgrade Account(s)

yes you can

  • Login to WHM
  • Click on "Modify/Upgrade Accounts" under Multi Account Functions
  • Select the Account(s)
  • Choose the Package from the drop down
  • Click on Change

The Account will appear on a new package
